| Daicel polysaccharide chiral stationary phases (CSPs) are well known for their versatility and durability when used for high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) separations. Among the various polysaccharides available, amylose and
cellulose derivatives are most useful as CSPs. Columns containing these CSPs are equally effective with normal-phase and reversed-phase solvents. |

| Bulk CSP is supplied for large-scale SMB as well as single-column HPLC applications. Material is readily available in kilogram quantities. Larger quantities are available upon request. |
|
Chiral Technologies has introduced a new line of 5-µm columns packed with stationary phases previously not commercially available, CHIRALPAK AY™ (AY chromatograms)
and AZ™ and CHIRALCEL OZ™ (OZ chromatograms). CHIRAL TECHNOLOGIES and Daicel have been very successful in utilizing these proprietary
coated polysaccharide-based CSPs in 20-µm particle size. This success prompted us to extend our line of columns and introduce these phases containing unique chiral selectors. These columns are available for analytical
and semi-preparative HPLC and SFC analyses. |
|
In addition, we offer three immobilized CSPs for preparative separations Daicel CHIRALPAK IA™, CHIRALPAK IB™ (CHIRALCEL OD-I™), and CHIRALPAK IC™.
These immobilized preparative media allow the use of a wide range of solvents and bring new selectivity and higher sample solubility relative to conventionally coated CSPs. |
| The Daicel cGMP production facility in Arai, Japan can produce immobilized preparative CSP and traditional coated CSPs in quantities up to the metric ton scale. This ensures adequate quantities of media no matter what the scale of your separation. |
